01. Agreement between the Clients & Magicfares
While accessing, using, browsing or make booking through Magicfares.in, users have to accept that they are agreed to the terms and conditions of our portal. In case of any violation, BOOKNTRAVEL INDIA PRIVATE LTD. and its subsidiaries (including Magicfares.in) reserve all the rights for taking any legal actions against them.
02. Use of Website by Travel Agents
Important Notice – Use of Website by Travel Agents:
Our website is designed exclusively for use by individual customers booking for personal travel. Any booking activity identified as being made by travel agents, agencies, consolidators, or similar third-party resellers Magicfares reserves full rights to cancel the affected bookings without refund and without prior notification. No compensation will be provided for any losses or damages arising from such cancellations, and the responsibility will rest solely with the individual or entity making the unauthorized booking.
Please note that all discounts and promotional offers displayed on the website are exclusively intended for end-users making legitimate personal bookings through Magicfares.
03. Prices & Payment Policies
Prices on the Website:
The price, which we offer on Magicfares.in, is generally includes accommodation charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise) and in special cases some meals (Breakfast /Lunch / Dinner). It never comprises any personal expense or other additional charges like telephone calls, personal-man services, entrance fees of any monuments and bar charges, etc.
Mode of Payments & the Policies:
Our payment gateway is completely secure and customers can make the online payments through a safe transaction process that ensures their personal security codes will not be revealed in any circumstances.
04. Use of the Website
In case of your use of this website, you agree that:
- • You have the legal authority to create an obligatory legal requirement and enter into these Terms of Use.
- • You will use this site as per its Terms of Use.
- • You will use the website only to make lawful bookings for you or other person for whom you are officially approved to do these kinds of bookings. You will also inform other persons about the Terms and Condition of the website.
- • You will provide accurate information about every official document and other important details like name and DOB to the site in case of planning trip with it.
- • In case of any error or mistake in the process of information, you will be solely responsible for the same.
- • All information provided by you to this site should be accurate, updated and complete.
- • If you have an account on this site, you are advised to secure it with your login details, including login ID and password. You will be entirely responsible for any use or misuse of your account.
- • Magicfares reserves the right to deny access to its Website to anyone, at any time without any notice and for any reason, including, but not restricted to, for the violation of its Terms of Use.
05. Communication Policy of the Site
On transacting with this site, you will receive an e-mail from Magicfares for the status of your transaction. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you and Magicfares is not responsible for the receipt of the supposed e-mail in your inbox. Be careful in providing right e-mail I'd.
The customer acknowledges that the SMS sent by Magicfares is an added facility for the convenience of the customers. It is not compulsory as per the law to provide SMS service alerts to the customers. If you don't receive any SMS for any reason, Magicfares is not liable for the same.
Magicfares is not responsible to provide information about any change in flight schedules, cancellation and status of airline or hotel etc.
06. Booking Policy
The total price displayed on the site includes all applicable government taxes.
In case of increase in the fare in the issuance of the Air ticket, due to airlines, miscalculation in amount due to server error and from the banks payment gateway issue then Magicfares reserves the right to cancel the ticket and forfeit the amount received as Cancellation Charges. The difference of amount should be paid to BOOKNTRAVEL INDIA PRIVATE LTD. after the communication from Magicfares to avoid any discomfort.
You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
To get any infant's ticket issued, the age of infant must be below 2 yrs and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they are checking in, and remember that the infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult. To avail infant fares; the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you're booking. If the age of infant is 24 months or above then you need to book a separate booking as a child.
To get any child ticket issued, the age of child must in between 2-12 years and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they are checking in, and remember that the child must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old.
All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines/Supplier. Company is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights from airline's end.
If ticket is cancelled directly from the airlines web site, office or call centre, customer needs to inform Magicfares.in for the refund to be processed. Please note that Magicfares.in do not get any alert from airlines directly.
07. Flight Amendment & Cancellation Policy
Every booking made on Magicfares is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary with respect to flight and booking class.
Magicfares.in levies negligible amount of 300 Rs. per passenger/per sector for domestic and 500 Rs. per passenger/per sector for international air tickets as cancellation service charges.
Some bookings may be non-refundable or cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline's policy. Amendments and cancellations can be made online or offline by sending an email to Magicfares.
To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, Magicfares recommends customer to contact directly to the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request on our website for refunds.
08. Holidays Amendment & Cancellation Policy
- • 30 days or more prior to departure: Initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost (if fully paid) will be charged.
- • 29 to 15 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
- • 14 to 8 days prior to departure: 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
- • Within 8 days of the tour: 100% cancellation charges apply; no refunds will be provided.
09. Refund Policy & Insolvency
Refund Policy:
Magicfares will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/corporate company through email or the member panel. Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly in customers mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines.
Magicfares will process refund within 72 hours only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/hotel/transporter/other suppliers. Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions.
Refunds in cases of Airline/Hotel Insolvency:
Magicfares shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent.
On the basis of assurity given by airlines/hotels/suppliers, Magicfares may sometimes refund amount to the customer but Magicfares reserves the right to recover the refunded amount on event of Airlines/hotels getting shut down/non-operational/bankrupt.
10. General Rules & Disclaimers
Copyright & Trademark:
Products, services and contents displaying on Magicfares.in are the properties of this website. Any unauthorized copy & use of the trademark product & services without prior concern will be taken as larceny and strict actions may be taken against the concern person/organization/company.
Unaccompanied Child:
Children below the age of 12 will not be accepted for carriage unless they are accompanied by a person of at least 18 years of age. Such child/children must be seated next to the accompanying adult. The accompanying adult is solely responsible for the well-being of the child/children traveling together.
Airline Pregnancy Rules:
All airlines recommend pregnant ladies to consult a doctor before traveling. Take a medical clearance from your doctor not more than 7 days before your journey stating that you are fit to travel. Avoid taking flights if your pregnancy is complicated.
Disclaimer & No Warranties:
You acknowledge that Magicfares is a conciliator, which is not accountable for any 3rd party obligations due to rates, quality, and all other instances. Use of the services and the site is at your solitary risk. Magicfares (BOOKNTRAVEL INDIA PRIVATE LTD.) will not be answerable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any ability/inability while using the site.
11. Magicfares Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Rules:
Customers may cancel their flight bookings through our customer service department or via the cancellation feature on our website. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the fare rules and the policies of the respective airline. Magicfares convenience fee is non-refundable in all cases.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline. If eligible, the refund amount may be subject to deductions for cancellation fees, applicable penalties, and the non-refundable convenience fee charged by Magicfares. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the initial booking.
Force Majeure:
Magicfares shall not be held liable for cancellations or modifications made by airlines due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
